Masterclass

Inclusive design

Many digital products and services unintentionally exclude people — for example through design choices, language, or a lack of accessibility. This is a problem everywhere. In enterprise environments there’s an added challenge: users often have no choice. They have to work with the tools you design.

In this 45-minute masterclass, Amy Goris and Sarah Räkers from Greenberry show why digital accessibility and inclusive design are essential. You’ll get a clear overview of the key principles and WCAG guidelines, see real-world examples, and hear what inaccessibility means for both users and organizations.

Afterwards, you’ll know where to start and how to integrate accessibility and inclusion from the very beginning of research, design, and development — regardless of your role or technical background.
