Call for contributors 2026

We’re looking for people working on real products, in real organisations, who want to share what they’ve learned.

Share your story

We’re looking for contributions grounded in real enterprise UX work.

Bring us the practical stuff.
The messy stuff.
The lessons learned along the way.

We’re especially interested in talks that are:

  • Practical — useful takeaways others can apply

  • Honest — including challenges and what didn’t work

  • Relevant — based on real projects and real complexity

Whether you have a polished idea or just the start of one, send it our way.

Know someone who should be on stage? Suggest them to us!

Why talk at Enterprise UX?

Enterprise UX is its own discipline. Designing for professionals means working with complexity, constraints, and systems people rely on every day.

At EUX, you’ll share your experience with an audience of practitioners who understand that reality and want to learn from it.

Speaking at Enterprise UX means:

  • Sharing your work with 350+ UX professionals

  • Contributing to the Enterprise UX community

  • Helping move the discipline forward

  • Connecting with others facing similar challenges

  • We’re open to a broad range of enterprise UX topics.

    Some examples include:

    • Design systems

    • Accessibility

    • UX metrics

    • Design ethics

    • UX maturity

But don’t let this list limit you. If your idea feels relevant to the Enterprise UX community, send it in.

  • We’re open to different formats and always happy to explore new ideas.

    Our main formats include:

    • Interactive sessions — workshops or masterclasses (45–60 min)

    • Presentations — in-depth talks or case studies (20–30 min)

    • Lightning talks — short, focused inspiration talks (10–15 min)

Have another format in mind? Panels, conversations, or something less traditional can be proposed too.

  • You’ll be speaking to our community of UX professionals working in enterprise environments.

Audience size can range from 50 to 350+ people, depending on the format. Based on previous editions:

    • 25% have 0–4 years of experience

    • 25% have 4–8 years of experience

    • 50% have 8+ years of experience

  • No, professional speaking experience is not required.

You should, however, feel comfortable presenting to an audience of up to 350 people, depending on the session format.

    We typically have:

    • One main stage for the full audience

    • Two breakout rooms for smaller sessions

What matters most is having something valuable to share.

  • You can present in Dutch or English.
Live English subtitles/translation will be available on screen during the event.

  • Yes, all speakers receive a ticket for the full conference and are welcome to join the entire day.

  • We’re currently finalising the details for the 2026 edition.

    • Timing: Most likely a Friday in November 2026

    • Location: To be announced

We’re selecting a venue that is easy to reach (e.g. by public transport).

  • Yes, you can present with one co-speaker (maximum of 2 speakers per session).

  • Absolutely, feel free to send multiple proposals.

  • "It was fun to share our ideas, but I also learned a ton --not only from the speakers but from the attendees. Really great to hear where everyone is in their exploration of this next generation of interaction design. What a warm, enthusiastic community."
