Purpose

Enterprise UX Conference is dedicated to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive community for everyone involved in enterprise design. Whether at our events, online platforms, or collaborations, we are committed to fostering an environment where all participants feel safe, valued, and able to contribute.

This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior and the steps we will take to ensure a positive experience for all.

Expected behavior

All participants (attendees, speakers, organizers, sponsors, and community members) are expected to:

Unacceptable behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated in any part (including but not limited to):

  • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior of any kind

  • Verbal abuse, intimidation, or threats

  • Unwelcome sexual attention or inappropriate physical contact

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior during talks or discussions

  • Hate speech or exclusionary language

  • Sharing private information without explicit permission

Consequences of unacceptable behavior

Organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including:

  • Verbal or written warning

  • Removal from an event (without refund, if applicable)

  • Temporary or permanent ban from community spaces

  • Escalation to relevant authorities if necessary

Our goal is not punishment, but to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Reporting issues

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it as soon as possible.
