Enterprise UX at Rabobank: Accelerating Design Maturity in Tech Teams

Employees expect the same thing as customers: well-designed experiences. This certainly also holds true for developers and other IT heroes. In a complex environment such as banking, the usability of (internal) tools and processes massively impacts productivity, quality and work happiness. At Rabobank, our design department has embarked on a journey to create and enhance tools for our tech teams, focusing on improving their daily workflows. This presentation will delve into our learnings of integrating and positioning design practices into departments that are new to design, showcasing our approach to handling the challenges we face with case studies and lessons learnt. Attendees will learn strategies for gaining trust with stakeholders, delivering measurable results, and applying these insights when facing similar challenges.
