Maartje van Hardeveld
Enterprise UX teamlead @ NS
Presentation - English
From Research Moments to Continuous Dialogue
Enterprise UX research differs from consumer research in more than scale or complexity. Users are often colleagues, long-term partners and domain experts whose knowledge is essential to understanding the problem. This creates an opportunity to move beyond occasional formal studies and make research part of everyday product development.
Using the development of NS planning application Puls as a case, Maartje shares how users, UX designers and developers learn together through sprint reviews, ongoing conversations and well-timed research.
