In this interactive session, up to 25 current and aspiring UX managers can join for an in-depth group discussion on some of the challenges of UX management.
The session is facilitated by MakerStreet's Marcel Koster, who will structure the conversation, foster deeper insight, and ensure an open and valuable exchange of experiences and ideas. The intimate setting allows for active participation, peer learning, and practical, actionable takeaways.
This 1-hour gathering is intended for current and aspiring UX managers but - as with other sessions - attendance will be based on a first-come, first-serve basis.

About Marcel
Marcel is Business Director at MakerStreet, a digital design agency of more than 250 passionate and driven professionals who design and build the future for a wide range of brands.
With over 20 years in the UX design field, he has witnessed every major development firsthand, including the shift of UX design teams moving in-house at client organisations. That shift inspired him to found the UX Management Kring, a community of around 65 UX leaders who have been exchanging ideas on the challenges of their profession for almost 15 years. It has become a lively, valuable community, both for the UX managers themselves and for the wider UX field.
