Renae Ruschill is a Senior UX and Product Design Consultant at Lean TECHniques based in Des Moines, IA. She currently leads UX for the VermeerOne Fleet telematics platform, providing Vermeer's dealer locations and their agricultural and industrial customers with real-time visibility into machine health and productivity. Her background is in industrial safety and IoT across manufacturing and construction, where she worked closely alongside data science teams, distilling sensor data and machine telemetry into the clarity mission-critical decisions depend on.
